Work Objective of Project Management

Construction Project Management has four objectives, quality objective, schedule objective, investment objective,and safety objective. Coordinating and organizing all participants during all stages of project construction, we should make efforts to realize the project objective by investment control, quality control, schedule control, contract management, information management, safety management and coordination &organization.

First, our company will analyze against the project and confirm the four objectives, quality, schedule, investment and safety, and then make promise to the four objectives in the contract, and we will undertake the relative responsibility and financial punishment for the result if we failed the objective for the reason of our company.

Second, our company will regulate the relative work content against the project in the contract, and the effect we should reach against every work. And we will elaborate on the manpower we need to put into and work system of them. Finally what reach into the owners are the work achievements and reports (the work achievement and reports have the same validity with the contract clause as the appendix to contract).

The owner can check our project team timely about the schedule according to the work contents we offered and regulations of relevant work achievement. According to the contract, the owner has the right to propose the request to change the relevant staff or terminate the contract if the project fails because of the project team.
