Project Management Mode

?In the PM mode of project management which is popular in the worldwide, the relationship among the owner, the project management, the construction supervision, design unit, construction unit and project implementation units is shown in the chart P-1.The full line expresses the instruction relationship, and the dotted line expresses the collaboration relationship.

The proposing and operating of the organizational structure of project implementation is a dynamic adjusting procedure. Chart P-1 is the basic frame of organizational structure of project implementation, which will be adjusted and refined gradually along with the perfection of the organizational institute of the owners, the confirmation of the mode of contracting and contracting-out and the participants.

Coupled with the supervision services over ten years strengths, in the perspective of the managing unified and saving the cost, we proposed the owners to adopt the project management services which combined supervision and management of Huasha. The above traditional PM organizational structure of project implementation will change for the management mode of combining the supervision and management entrusted by the owner.

As the Chart P-2 shows, entrusted by the owner, the Project Management will preside the management and supervision work of the project operating procedure, and organize to start all work general project management of the owner, the work and tasks undertaken by the project management enterprise include invest management, schedule management, quality control, safety management, contract management, information management, organization and coordination etc.

Throughout carrying out all work of project management, we hope that it will improve the owner’s ability to integrate and control, further to enhance the effect of target control; on the other hand, throughout the planning and controlling of the project operating procedure by the project management, we hope to appreciate the project to the probable maximum.

We set up perfect project management mechanism through project practices over many years, and have a great controlling capacity of the project construction, including organizational capacity, management capacity and coordination capacity. As the chart P-2 shows. Whatever excellent the design achievement is, stronger the constructing power is, advanced equipment and material are, it will be very difficult to create the construction product satisfied the final customers and achieve the expected target without strong organization and coordination.
