1、Project Proposal

2. Project feasibility study report

3. Project technical and economical solution analysis report
Proposing important problems in the initiation stage of the project, and organize experts from different trades to discuss the specific problems, and analyzing the problem from policy, regulations, technical, economical and guarantee, finally form a report for the owner to make decision.
4. Transact the government procedures from project determination to use (preceding approval)
Approval letter for project determination, Land certificate, Municipal consultant proposal and approval, Land for construction and scheme license(including departments of fire fighting, civil air defense shelter, gardening, landscaping etc.),Building permit, Building sold permit, House property right and so on.
5. Project design Management
Project design Management is the focus point of our company’s project management work and the keystone of the project management. The project management enterprise devoted great energy to operate the full procedure management from scheme to construction drawing, which included confirming the constructive function and standards, compile designing commission according to function requirement with the owners, set up the index of limited design, monitoring the work controlling station of design submission for approval, review the process of construction drawing ,audit the budget proposal of construction drawing design and so on. To ensure the design to achieve the constructive function and keep the real cost of the project within the reasonable scope of budget estimation by enforcing the limitation and procedure control.
6. Bidding Management and Agency

8. Cost Management
Analyze the total investment of the project, compile the total investment (cost) plan, and precede the risk analysis. Audit the fund of progress of project; settle the account after the completion of the project.
9. Schedule Management
Break down the WBS task by PROJECT&P3 software to the project, and compile the master program in the previous period, and adjust weekly and monthly during the construction phase, and check the condition of execution of the schedule plan of general contractor and specialty sub-contractor, intensify schedule management of the critical task in the critical line, thus guarantee the realization of the target of master schedule.
10. Quality Control
Work out the quality objective, establish the quality system, supervise and control the procedure, and accomplish the quality objective.
11. Contract Management
According to the real circumstance of the project, set up the system of contract management, compile designing and surveying contract, construction contract, procurement contract, organize negotiation and supervise the procedure, focus on the management of claim and counterclaim.
12. Construction Supervision

13. Project Management in Construction phase

Assist the owner in engineering estate management and project operation, and offer the warranty management services to owners according to the contract. 17 .Project settlement and audit
Settle the account within three months after completion; coordinate the audit departments of the owners audit seriously.
18. Project post-evaluation

We will try our best to help the owners to summarize the practical effects, implementation of the objectives, social benefit etc. and expectation vs forecasting in pre-development phase, summarize the experiences and lessons positively, report the condition of construction practically.
