Beijing Qingta Reconstruction Project Management ran smoothly
 

The project of Beijing Qingta South Community Reconstruction located on the Western Fourth Ring Road, we were entrusted by Beijing XingYe YingFu Real Estate Development Corporation with the whole-course project management by “combination of supervision and management”. Qingta project team started with schematic design to carry out designing and managing, optimized the design, developed a schedule of the project, analyzed the total investment of the project; they prepared materials and equipment procurement manuals during the period of construction drawing design, setting about organizing the internal tender work; when the first audit of construction drawing design finished, our company’s cost department made engineer’s estimate and organize cost officer to check the quantities with the construction general contracting; during the construction stage, our company organized the construction management and supervision for the whole project and took charge of the management of completion and warranty. Throughout the project, Huasha project management team gained the buyer completely trust by its solid management work, cautious attitude and perfect self-monitoring mechanism, and did a real good job for the buyer on project construction management, and they were designated as the buyer’s permanent strategic partner.

First, Zhang Mingxuan, the Chief Engineer summarized the Internal Certification work comprehensively, and explained and implemented the two latest constitutional documents. Wei Jiuhe, vice-chief engineer put forward a claim for the further action about supervision safety in winter according to the problem found in the internal certification.
